We begin with a measured drawing of your room, then design a layout around how you live in it. That means planning drawer stacks where you need pots, a spot for the trash pull-out, and uppers sized to the ceiling instead of stopping short and collecting dust on top.

Boxes are built from furniture-grade plywood, not particleboard, so they hold weight and shrug off the humidity swings we get through an Idaho winter and a dry summer. Face frames are solid hardwood, joined and sanded by hand. Drawer boxes are solid wood with dovetail joinery and full-extension soft-close slides, so the drawer pulls all the way out and closes without a slam.

Doors and drawer fronts are cut, assembled, and finished in the same shop by the same people, which keeps the color and grain consistent across the whole run. Our tagline is We Build Quality, and this is where it starts.

Wood species sets the whole tone of a kitchen. Paint-grade maple and poplar give you a smooth, tight surface that takes a painted finish cleanly. Alder reads warm and slightly rustic. Hickory brings strong grain and color variation for a mountain-home look. Walnut is our choice when you want something rich and quiet that ages beautifully.

Door styles carry the design as much as the wood does. A flat-panel Shaker suits most transitional kitchens. Inset doors, where the door sits flush inside the face frame, are the more tailored and demanding option. Raised-panel doors lean traditional. We will show you samples in your own light before anything is built.

Finishing is where a lot of cabinets fall down. We spray in controlled conditions and build the finish in layers, so painted cabinets stay smooth and stained wood keeps its depth. You get a surface that wipes clean and wears well for years.

The premium is in the parts you cannot see at first glance. Plywood boxes instead of MDF or particleboard. Solid hardwood face frames. Dovetail drawers. Full-extension slides rated to real weight. Adjustable hinges that we tune so every door line sits even.

We start with a conversation and a look at your space, then move into design and a firm quote so you know the number before you commit. Once the layout, wood, door style, and finish are approved, your job goes into the build schedule.

We build in the shop, finish in the shop, and install on site. Installation includes leveling, scribing, and fitting the final trim and hardware so the whole kitchen reads as one piece. We serve Rigby, Idaho Falls, and the mountain communities on both sides of the Idaho and Wyoming line, so a drive over the pass for a Jackson Hole or Star Valley home is part of the normal week for us.
